We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented marketing director to join our team. As a marketing director, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products.
- creating marketing strategies;
- strategic/tactical execution of marketing strategies;
- developing marketing concepts and planning marketing directions (web content/copywriting/multimedia/print/social media/direct marketing, etc.);
- planning marketing events/planning based on the launch of new products;
- establishing + designing elements/equipment/items/content (text+technical data, design flyers, email, newsletter, catalogs, poster/banner, brochures, video, presentations, etc.) necessary for each event depending on the products presented and the location of the event;
- developing online presence - content of online materials (web page/online catalog/brochures/newsletter/text/technical data, design flyers/email/newsletter/catalogs/poster/banners/brochures, product video presentations/video advertisements/, etc.);
- establishing the social media calendar and content - synchronizing with the events calendar (exhibition participation, conferences, etc.);
- ensuring the implementation of marketing plans/ensuring all promotional materials developed are obtained;
- communication and collaboration with other departments for the development/implementation of marketing strategies/themes;
- marketing research/evaluation of marketing campaigns/ensuring (acquisition of) market research tools;
- any other aspects related to marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Solid knowledge of digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically, with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using marketing tools and software such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and content management systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
