Trade Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Trade Marketing Specialist to contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies.

· Implementing the offline marketing plan according to the strategy set by the Marketing Manager;

• Coordinating and organizing brand activations, tastings, and exhibitions;

• Managing promotional materials (POSM) for brick-and-mortar stores;

• Collaborating with sales teams for the implementation of promotions;

• Monitoring and evaluating the impact of offline campaigns;

· Coordinating the relationship with the designer and suppliers for the production of marketing materials;

· Participating in exhibitions and fairs to promote the brands in the portfolio;

· Supervising the proper implementation of promotional materials in stores.

• Minimum 2 years in offline marketing, trade marketing, or brand activations;

  Practical knowledge of operational marketing, trade marketing, and digital marketing;

  BTL marketing, POSM implementation, organizing promotional events;

  Driving license, category B;

  Strong verbal and written communication skills in Romanian;

  Creativity, attention to detail;

  Time-management and organizational skills;

  Analytical thinking and prioritization skills;

The salary will be specified at the interview, starting from 13,000 lei.
