We are looking for an attentive, responsible, and communicative moderator to help maintain a positive atmosphere on our online platforms and ensure high-quality interactions with the audience.
What you need to do:
Content Monitoring:
Checking comments, messages, and company mentions on social networks (Instagram and others).
Maintaining a positive image of the company online.
Handling Received Messages:
Quick response to customer inquiries on social networks and in messaging apps.
Providing advice on basic topics (services, prices, working hours, etc.).
Routing complex requests to the relevant specialists.
Working with Reviews:
Monitoring reviews on official pages.
Proper management of negative reviews and forwarding the information to the quality control department.
Reporting:
Recording statistics on inquiries (number, frequent questions, types of requests).
Documenting complex cases.
Preparing reports for the management.
Participating in the development and testing of new communication channels.
Working in AmoCRM.
Experience with CRM systems (an advantage).
Excellent oral and written communication skills in Romanian and Russian.
Advanced computer skills.
Willingness to quickly learn new programs.
Ability to handle stress, organization, discipline.
