Development and implementation of marketing strategies for the retail outlet;
Coordination and monitoring of promotional activities;
Conducting market research and periodic analysis of the results;
Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with customers;
Continuously updating and optimizing the customer database.
Students or graduates in Marketing, Advertising, or related fields;
Up to 2 years of work experience in the field (an advantage, but not mandatory);
Basic knowledge of marketing and advertising strategy;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Good knowledge of Romanian and Russian languages;
Available for a part-time schedule.
