Rogob is on the hunt for a teammate to fill the role of Brand Manager.

As a Brand Manager, you'll ensure the implementation of marketing policies by promoting the company's brands, you'll develop strategies aimed at increasing market share and brand awareness, improving customer satisfaction, and boosting sales levels.

Responsibility

  • Implementing the brand strategy, ensuring the company's projected profits are achieved;

  • Setting short-term and long-term brand promotion objectives, guaranteeing their fulfillment;

  • Managing the product portfolio: assortment optimization, market research, development of products with new visual and organoleptic perspectives, product lines, forming brand visions and design concepts for the appearance of new/renovated products and packaging;

  • Developing concepts for product launch/relaunch campaigns or product lines;

  • Creating concepts for national brand/product trademark campaigns;

  • Developing and implementing promotional techniques for managed products across distribution channels;

  • Developing, planning, and monitoring budgets for allocated brands;

  • Optimal placement of advertising across communication channels to grow consumer demand for managed products;

  • Coordinating promotional activities for designated brands;

  • Organizing events to shape public opinion about the brands of managed products;

  • Analyzing information obtained from internal and external sources related to consumers, market, trends, and products;

  • Assessing the effectiveness of product brand promotions;

  • Identifying opportunities for creating new brands and/or improving existing ones;

  • Organizing, monitoring, and evaluating promotional campaigns for new brands;

  • Generating and implementing marketing activities necessary to achieve objectives, including re-branding projects;

  • Coordinating development plans for new products with sales teams within the business line;

  • Organizing presentations of new/renovated products for internal/external sales teams.

Obligations

  • Higher education;

  • Experience in a similar position, preferably in FMCG companies;

  • Fluency in Romanian, Russian, and English;

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office package, especially Excel and PowerPoint;

  • Good time management and activity prioritization skills;

  • Accustomed to deadlines and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
