As we are expanding our Marketing Department, we are currently looking for an SMM Manager to increase our brand's visibility in the market and to boost sales.
We will entrust you with:
Creation and editing of visual and video content (reels, stories, carousels, live streams), using tools such as (one of these: CapCut, VN Video Editor, Adobe Express, Filmora, Davinci Resolve) and (mandatory: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel – an advantage)
Planning, managing, and monitoring content on social networks, tailored to each platform and audience
Writing creative and engaging text for posts, advertisements, and sponsored campaigns
Managing paid campaigns on Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and TikTok Ads (an advantage) to maximize engagement and conversions
Actively interacting with the online community – responding to comments and messages, fostering discussion, and increasing customer loyalty
Monitoring and analyzing the performance of Social Media accounts using Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools
Proposing creative and innovative ideas to keep the brand relevant and attractive on Social Media
You will be the perfect candidate if:
You have a higher education in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, Graphic Design, or related fields
You hold certifications in specialized courses in Social Media, Digital Marketing, Video Editing, etc.
You have at least 1-2 years of experience in Social Media Marketing and digital content management
Your skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, VN Video Editor, Adobe Express, Filmora, Davinci Resolve are welcome
You have video filming and editing skills
You possess experience in copywriting and creating advertising copy
Knowledge of campaign performance analysis and optimization strategies
You are creative, initiative-driven, and results-oriented
Work instruments: High-performance laptop, Cap Cut license, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, microphones, tripod, etc.
