You will create and implement promotions for our stores;
You will analyze figures, results, and trends to improve promotional campaigns;
You will collaborate with suppliers to negotiate the best deals for customers;
You will coordinate the promotion of campaigns across all channels (online, offline, mobile app);
You will work alongside your colleagues in the team to ensure the success of all projects.
Be detail-oriented and passionate about numbers and analysis;
Be initiative-taking and well-organized;
Work experience in retail is welcome, but not mandatory – what's important is your desire to learn and develop;
Have communication and negotiation skills;
Be familiar with digital tools and the Microsoft Office suite;
Know Romanian and Russian languages.
