We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about event planning, promotional strategies, and creating engaging content, we want to meet you!
Participation in creating and implementing annual marketing strategies, proposing innovative ideas to increase brand visibility.
Managing and optimizing advertising campaigns on social media channels and other digital platforms.
Organizing events (product launches, seminars, exhibitions), making sure every detail is well-coordinated.
Creating and coordinating content for digital platforms (website, social media, YouTube, Telegram).
Monitoring and analyzing campaign results, adjusting the strategies for better performance.
Effective communication with the sales team, suppliers, and partners for the implementation of promotional campaigns.
Meeting deadlines and coordinating planned activities to ensure the efficient implementation of marketing campaigns.
Providing the necessary promotional materials for events, campaigns, and promotional activities.
Collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure all materials and resources are delivered on time.
Managing and organizing the production and distribution processes of promotional materials.
Higher education in marketing or a relevant field.
Experience of 2 to 3 years in a similar role.
Perfect command of Romanian (native) and Russian. Advanced level of English.
Strong knowledge of social media tools, the workings of paid advertising, and managing channels like YouTube and Telegram.
Excellent skills in planning and organizing events.
Involved in developing annual marketing plans.
