Reception of patients and ensuring adequate customer service;
Handling phone calls and correspondence from social networks;
Managing appointments;
Collecting payments for services rendered;
Creating reports and financial record-keeping.
Minimum 2 years of work experience in customer service;
Good verbal and written communication skills in Romanian, Russian, English is an advantage;
Knowledge of computer operation and use of MS Office suite;
Ability to work in a team and client-oriented attitude.
