Coordinating the nursing team and planning daily activities.
Monitoring and evaluating nurses' performance, providing support and mentorship.
Ensuring compliance with medical care protocols and standards.
Effective communication with other members of the medical team and patients.
Managing medical documentation and ensuring adherence to legal and internal regulations.
Holder of a Nursing Diploma issued by accredited educational institutions in Moldova
Empathetic communication skills with colleagues and all types of patients
Attention to detail and responsibility
Experience is not mandatory, but is an advantage
