SANTE CLINIC is hiring a Call Center Operator for the Medical Center.
Responsibilities:
· Responding to customer calls in a professional and friendly manner.
· Providing customers with accurate and up-to-date information about the services offered.
· Correctly recording information pertaining to customer calls in internal systems.
· Collaborating with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
· Generating periodic reports on the activities carried out and any issues encountered.
· Contributing to the increase of customer satisfaction by offering quality services.
· Higher education;
· Previous experience in a similar role or in customer relations services is a plus.
· Ability to work with information systems and call center software (AMO CRM).
· Oral and written communication skills.
· The ability to listen carefully and respond promptly to inquiries.
· The ability to solve customer problems efficiently and professionally.
· Positive and customer-oriented attitude.
· Ability to remain calm and manage tense situations.
· Energetic, responsible, kind, empathetic individual;
· Knowledge of Romanian and Russian languages, English would be an advantage;
· PC skills (Microsoft Office)

Monday – Friday: 08:00-17:00
Saturday (2 Saturdays a month): 08:00 – 13:00
