Sales Department Manager

• Working with existing clients and attracting new ones.

• Controlling all sales indicators, analysis, weekly, monthly reports.

• Preparing commercial offers and loyalty programs for clients.

• Seeking and conducting negotiations at the top executive level of large companies.

• Higher pharmaceutical or medical education;

• Knowledge of Romanian and Russian languages;

• Mandatory experience in the pharmaceutical market for at least 5 years;

• Knowledge and practical experience in MS Office (Word, Excel), 1C.

• Proficiency in skills and experience conducting successful negotiations at a high level;

• Flexibility, ability to think outside the box and propose new ideas;

• Planning and organizational skills: ability to manage subordinates, set priorities, and delegate tasks.
