DIEVEX SRL – a leader in the sale of phytosanitary products, seeds, and agricultural machinery, is looking to expand its team and is offering a vacant position for a Sales Agent dedicated to those passionate about the agricultural field and who wish to actively contribute to the company's success.
Identification and Acquisition of New Customers: Growing the customer portfolio by market prospecting and identifying sales opportunities;
Consulting and Sales: Providing custom solutions for clients in the agricultural sector, recommending appropriate phytosanitary products, seeds, and agricultural machinery for their needs;
Product Promotion: Actively participating in product presentations and events, creating lasting relationships with farmers and growers;
Monitoring Market Evolution: Analyzing and reporting market trends, competitor behavior, and customer requirements.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales (experience in the agricultural field or with phytosanitary products is an advantage);
Good knowledge of phytosanitary products, seeds, and agricultural machinery is a plus;
Excellent communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills;
Category B driving license;
Motivated, dynamic person with a proactive attitude.
