What does a 1C Software Sales Manager do?
Looks for new clients:
Makes cold calls and conducts the negotiation process;
Prepares sales documentation and contracts;
Participates in the implementation and launch of new ideas, plans, and sales strategies.
Who we're looking for:
A responsible, communicative, and results-oriented employee who can find common ground with potential clients;
Someone who is attentive to direct manager feedback and to the needs of potential clients;
An individual who knows sales techniques, negotiation, and how to close deals;
Able to handle objections;
A person with a good memory, capable of rapidly learning new information;
Able to express thoughts clearly and correctly, both verbally and in writing;
Proficient in Romanian, Russian, and English;
Not afraid of responsibilities and commitments taken on during negotiations.
Telecommuting or full-time office-based (candidate's preference) in an accessible location;
Employment contract according to the Labor Code of the Republic of Moldova, full social package;
Training and internal support within the company;

Probation period - 3 months.
Salary according to qualifications and candidate requirements: around 15,000 lei + 7% of sales.
