Management of documents and administrative processes for the vehicle fleet;
Coordination of the team and ensuring an efficient workflow;
Monitoring and optimizing operational costs;
Communication with suppliers and customers for various automotive services;
Desire to excel in the field of customer communication
Punctuality and accountability
Patience and excellent negotiation and deal-making skills with customers
Flexibility and a positive attitude towards work
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Advanced skills in MS Word and Excel
