Receiving patients and ensuring adequate customer service;
Handling phone calls and correspondence from social media networks;
Managing appointments and medical meetings;
Ensuring a clean and welcoming environment at the reception;
Collecting payments for services rendered;
Creating reports and financial records.
College graduate;
Minimum 2 years work experience in customer service;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Romanian and Russian;
Good computer operating skills and proficiency in using MS Office suite;
Ability to work in a team and customer-oriented attitude;
