LIDER AGROTEHNICA SRL is hiring a Sales Manager for Agricultural Equipment.
Development and implementation of sales strategy for assigned territory or portfolio;
Identification of new clients (farmers, distributors, agricultural cooperatives) and maintaining relationships with existing ones;
Achievement of sales objectives – quantitative and qualitative (monthly/quarterly/annual sales);
Negotiating contracts and commercial offers in line with company policy;
Monitoring the market – analysis of competition, trends, new requirements in the agricultural sector;
Collaboration with the technical department to tailor solutions to client needs;
Reporting to company management on results, budget, forecasts, and team activity.
Studies – preferably in the fields of agriculture, mechanical engineering, agronomy, or marketing/sales;
Relevant experience in the sale of agricultural machinery or technical products;
Technical knowledge on agricultural equipment – types of machinery, operations, applications;
Results- and customer-oriented, with a proactive attitude;
Consultative selling skills.
