We are looking for an office manager for a telecommunications and web-hosting company.
• Updating pricing for web domains on the website;
• Contacting customers who have terminated their service to recover equipment;
• Drafting and managing requests to suppliers;
• Handling responses to official inquiries from the police department.
• Previous experience in administrative or customer support roles (is an advantage);
• Basic knowledge of managing web platforms and working with data tables;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Strong organizational skills and efficient time management;
• Attention to detail and solution-oriented.
The salary will be specified during the interview.
• Schedule Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM;
• Location, Chișinău, Ciocana district;
• Salary starting from 15,000 lei.
