Job description

Consil Prim Company operates in the B2G sector and is a relatively young company with dynamic development in investment attraction and technical project development.

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager/Office Manager. We seek people who are open to development and motivated to work.

Responsibility

  • Processing tasks received from the director, colleagues, and partners;

  • Communication with partners on behalf of the company;

  • Preparing materials needed for meetings and presentations;

  • Fulfilling office duties;

  • Managing office expenses and compiling reports on management expenditures;

  • Meeting and servicing clients/partners (tea, coffee);

  • Ensuring smooth circulation of important information within the company;
    Fulfilling other administrative tasks.

Obligations

  • Knowledge of Romanian and Russian languages;

  • PC user;

  • MS Office skills (Excel/Word);

  • Ability to use office equipment;

  • Communication and persuasion skills;

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills;

  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a
    team;

  • The position is ideal for individuals looking to start their career and do not have professional experience.
