We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager/Office Manager. We seek people who are open to development and motivated to work.
Processing tasks received from the director, colleagues, and partners;
Communication with partners on behalf of the company;
Preparing materials needed for meetings and presentations;
Fulfilling office duties;
Managing office expenses and compiling reports on management expenditures;
Meeting and servicing clients/partners (tea, coffee);
Ensuring smooth circulation of important information within the company;
Fulfilling other administrative tasks.
Knowledge of Romanian and Russian languages;
PC user;
MS Office skills (Excel/Word);
Ability to use office equipment;
Communication and persuasion skills;
Excellent organizational and time management skills;
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a
team;
