Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the smooth operation of the office;
- Planning and coordinating daily office operations;
- Managing the flow of information and documentation within the office;
- Ensuring the efficient functioning of office equipment (timely maintenance and repair calls);
- Searching for and timely purchasing of office supplies;
- Facilitating effective communication within the office and with external parties;
- Preparing and conducting meetings, appointments, and other office events;
- Assisting management in various tasks and projects, organizing meetings and business trips;
- Handling office documentation, including visitor logs, contract preparation, maintaining internal reports, and other administrative processes;
- Creating a comfortable office environment.

- Ability to effectively plan and coordinate various tasks and processes in the office;
- Able to independently set and solve tasks;
- Skill in managing time and resources;
- Communication skills and the ability to work with people at various levels of the organization, as well as with external partners and clients;
- High proficiency in the official language;
- Confident computer skills and proficiency with office software;
- Ability to work effectively under high pressure.

- Work schedule: Monday-Friday from 09:00 to 18:00;
