We are currently looking for a Sous Chef Assistant, who knows their craft and can organize the work of other chefs.
- Oversight of menu dish preparation in accordance with technological recipes
- Organization of cooks' work
- Adherence to sanitary standards, control of labeling/expiry date/product discarding;
- Control and enforcement of work discipline;
- Carrying out inventory;
- Maintaining the flow of kitchen documentation.
- Experience as a sous-chef for at least two years;
- Knowledge of European, Italian, and other cuisines;
- Knowledge and adherence to sanitary and epidemiological requirements for public food service organizations;
- Knowledge of modern cooking technologies.
