Will have four small stores under his/her management
Managing sales processes within the store;
Monitoring and assessing the store's activity;
Organizing team work;
Responsible for the store's image and appearance;
Fulfilling the sales plan;
Minimizing losses and adhering to business processes.
Experience in managing commercial networks – mandatory;
Good knowledge in retail trade;
Result-oriented, responsible, and organized;
Communicative, diplomatic, energetic, ability to lead a team;
Ability to set priorities and solve problems quickly and efficiently;
PC user: knowledge in Excel, MS Office;
Knowledge of the state language and Russian;
Skills in working with document flow.
