Job description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Administrator to significantly contribute to the prosperity and success of the Ocean Fish Team.

Job Mission: Efficient management of all store operations in such a way as to ensure our customers a unique, positive experience following their visit to the Ocean Fish store.

Responsibility

1. Operational Management of the Store.

2. Team Management.

3. Customer Service Quality.

4. Inventory Management:

5. Financial Management.

6. Internal Communication.

Obligations

  • Experience and practical knowledge in all aspects of store management (preferably in the food industry);

  • Leadership and managerial skills, including team management;

  • Strong organizational abilities and a focus on results;

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;

  • Linguistic abilities and the capacity for coherent expression in Ro, Ru;

  • Autonomy and decision-making capacity;

  • Initiative and proactivity;

  • Digital skills: PC operation and CRM usage.

Salary

The salary will be specified during the interview (starting at 15,000 lei).

Working conditions

Work schedule Monday-Friday 08:00-17:00/09:00-18:00.
