Office Manager with Accounting Skills
Our agency, AssistMatch, specializes in recruiting administrative staff for clients across various industries. We are currently seeking an Office Manager with accounting skills for a company that provides services in the field of architecture and interior design.
About the client:
The company specializes in architectural solutions and interior design, working with both private and commercial projects;
Core values include high-quality project execution, attention to detail, and optimization of work processes;
The company is actively growing and looking for an employee who will help manage operations and administrative documentation.
What you will be doing:
Managing office operations, handling documentation, and overseeing document flow;
Working with 1C (data entry, system transactions) and client banking;
Processing incoming and outgoing calls and correspondence, and preparing invoices;
Maintaining personnel documents and ensuring all required reporting;
Organizing meetings and ensuring the office's operations;
Interacting with clients and supporting their requests;
Managing the company’s social media pages (SMM), creating content, and responding to customer inquiries.
You are organized and pay close attention to details, capable of efficiently managing office processes and documentation;
You are proficient with Excel and 1C software, and know how to work with client-banking systems;
You are responsible, proactive, and able to complete tasks independently, without constant supervision;
You are communicative and able to maintain interaction with clients and colleagues.
Qualities that definitely won't fit:
Inattentiveness to details and the inability to maintain order in document flow;
Lack of initiative and independence in carrying out tasks;
Unwillingness to develop professionally and an inability to take responsibility for the outcome.
Salary: from 12,000 lei, the final amount to be discussed at the interview.
Work schedule: from 9:00 to 18:00, hybrid format (partly in the office, partly remote);
