Job description

We are seeking a Nighttime Customer Support Operator for direct interaction with our service users.

Responsibility

Customer Support Operator Responsibilities:

- Providing customer assistance over the phone and via email between the hours of 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM.

- Promptly resolving customer issues using the company's knowledge base.

- Offering advice and operational support for users of the www.bpay.md services and payment terminals.
