Hope Job is expanding its team and is looking for an experienced client service manager, ready to become a part of our dynamic team.

— Building long-term relationships with clients (active and inactive client base);
— Consulting clients in English and Russian;
— Participation in the preparation of commercial offers;
— Monitoring the fulfillment of commitments and timely resolution of emerging issues;
— Analyzing feedback and developing recommendations for service improvement.
— Age: from 35 years old (specific to interaction with the target audience);
— Fluent in English (Upper-Intermediate level and above, written and verbal use in work is mandatory);
— Experience working with people (call-center and similar activities) — minimum 3 years;
— Negotiation skills, objection handling, and solving atypical problems;
— Ability to work with Google Sheets and prepare analytical reports.
