Our client is expanding their team and is seeking a Customer Support Specialist in the field of transportation and urban mobility, who is dedicated and results-oriented.
-Bolt representation in Moldova
-Support for Bolt app users
-Assisting partners in daily interactions
-Creating loyal users
-Suggestions for reducing workload and increasing support quality/speed
-Analyzing contact reasons and sharing insights with internal teams
High school/university education (economic/humanities background preferred)
Experience minimum 1 year in customer support, call-center (experience in tech/ride-hailing is an advantage)
Language proficiency: Romanian – advanced; Russian – advanced; English – intermediate
IT skills: CRM, Zendesk, Office/Google Workspace
The salary will be specified during the interview.
Monday-Friday from 08:30-17:30 (occasional overtime during peak request periods)
