Your WOW mission:
Ø Working with incoming and outgoing correspondence (letters, messages, etc.);
Ø Managing correspondence on behalf of the organization;
Ø Supplying office staff with all necessary materials for their work;
Ø Preparing the meeting hall for various conferences and meetings;
Ø Conducting translations (oral and written);
Ø Compiling and distributing documentation, reports;
Ø Monitoring, planning, and organizing the daily schedule and current activities of the office
It'll be WOW if you:
Ø Have experience working as an Office Manager/Assistant;
Ø Are proficient in Russian, Romanian, and English (spoken, written) at least at a B2 level;
Ø Are confident working with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Tools;
Ø Are communicative, stress-resistant, responsible, persistent;
Ø Can process a large amount of information;
Ø Can perform multiple tasks simultaneously within tight deadlines;
Ø Know how to plan your working time efficiently;
