Responsibility

  • Carrying out support activities in relations with the company's customers

  • Handling phone calls, emails, correspondence; suggestions and requests from customers

  • Preparing monthly reports on the activity carried out

  • Monitoring the flow of information between the client and the company

  • Teamwork ability, analytical thinking

  • Promptness in actions, planning and monitoring of one's own activity

  • PC knowledge: Microsoft Office applications
