Your main tasks will be:
Organizing the committee's agenda;
Planning meetings and the participation of third parties in meetings;
Taking minutes of the meetings;
Reporting and maintaining communication between committee members and the target population;
Transmitting official communications and decisions;
Carrying out other administrative tasks as assigned by committee members;
Following up on actions and decisions taken, ensuring information is relayed according to project;
Facilitating a committee meeting (ensuring the smooth process of meetings, international travel);
And to succeed in this mission you will need:
Higher education completed;
Previous relevant experience, preferably in an international, multicultural, corporate environment;
Very good level of French (B2/C1 level);
Experience using Microsoft Office suite (with an emphasis on Excel), Canva, or other relevant tools for the job;
Adaptability and a solution-oriented mindset;
Excellent skills in prioritization, communication, and customer focus;
