Your responsibilities will include:
Managing certain administrative activities, adhering to set deadlines;
Recording employee-related information in the database;

Storing, reporting, and extracting data from various platforms and sources;
Generating and completing administrative documents, ensuring the accuracy of the entered information.
To successfully fulfill the requirements of this role, you need:
A good command of the French language (level B1-B2), to communicate effectively directly with clients;
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PPT, etc);
Adaptability and perseverance to quickly achieve autonomy in the role;
Willingness to learn and use new tools;
The desire to use French in daily activities (writing and speaking).
