MOGO LOANS - An international company specializing in the financing of car purchases is looking for a specialist for the position of Office Manager, due to the expansion of the sales department.

Experience in the commercial field is welcome. If you have little experience, but are confident in your success – we are waiting for you.

Responsibility

  • Document management;

  • Preparation of notification letters for the collections department;

  • Organization and maintenance of office spaces;

  • Planning and coordinating events and business travel;

  • HR-related ancillary activities.

Obligations

  • Mobility, focus on financial growth, desire to succeed;

  • Excellent communication skills;

  • Fluency in the state language and Russian;

  • Competence in verbal and written expression;

  • Experience with MS Office;

  • Prior experience in the commercial sector is welcome;

  • Energetic individual with a desire for self-development.
