Job description

The Moldovan Red Cross Society is hiring a Program Quality and Community Engagement Specialist with at least one year of experience, to advance the integration of protection, gender, and inclusion in humanitarian activities. Responsibilities include the development of resources, monitoring initiatives, and supporting branches. Proficiency in English and Romanian is essential.

Responsibility

The Quality and Community Engagement Specialist will develop approaches for integrating GESI (Gender Equality and Social Inclusion) and CEA (Community Engagement and Accountability) within the SCRM framework, guiding resource development, organizing training, assessing the impact of interventions, and supporting branches in design and implementation. They will also contribute to community participation and mapping of referral services.

Obligations

The responsibilities of the "Process Improvement Specialist (GBV/CEA)" position include developing and implementing strategies for community protection, gender, and inclusion, leading training initiatives, monitoring the effectiveness of these initiatives, and supporting SCRM branches in integrating GBV/CEA standards into activities.
