Supply Manager

AssistMatch is seeking a Supply Chain Manager for a company in the retail sector. We are looking for a professional with experience as a category manager, whether in retail or distribution, with excellent negotiation skills and assortment management abilities.

Main Responsibilities:

• Managing and optimizing product ranges, ensuring their diversity for customers;

• Negotiating commercial terms and pricing with suppliers, obtaining the best conditions;

• Coordinating pricing strategy to maximize market competitiveness;

• Developing and implementing marketing strategies and promotions to increase sales and profitability;

• Monitoring sales performance and adjusting strategy to meet business objectives;

• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure efficient sourcing and proper inventory management.

What the client is looking for:

• Relevant experience in retail or distribution, preferably as a category manager;

• Solid knowledge of assortment management, negotiation, and commercial strategies;

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with suppliers;

• Experience in managing promotional and marketing campaigns;

• Knowledge of Romanian and English at an advanced level;

• The ability to make strategic decisions and effectively manage available resources.
