The Center for Information and Communication Technologies in Education is seeking a dedicated and motivated public procurement specialist to join our team.
- identification of public procurements across all platforms, finalization of the document set for tenders, finalization and monitoring of contracts;
- coordinating the process of procuring goods, works, and services in compliance with legislative provisions;
- ensuring the preparation of award documentation and terms of reference for the envisaged acquisitions;
- ensuring the receipt, opening, and evaluation of offers and summarizing the results of the evaluation.
- Higher education in economics, law;
- Experience in public procurement procedures for at least one year;
- Computer skills and experience with government platforms;
- Communication, cooperation, and teamwork abilities;
- Punctuality;
- Ability to learn;
- Initiative;
- Proficiency in Romanian and Russian, English is an advantage.
