Purchasing Manager – Food Products
Our farm, with its own specialty stores, markets both our own products and a wide range of imported food items. We are looking for a Purchasing Manager with experience, initiative, and analytical thinking, capable of efficiently managing the supply process.
Purchasing food products from Italy, Turkey, Romania, Poland, etc.
Monitoring inventory levels and planning purchases up to 2 months in advance
Maintaining direct contact with suppliers, tracking product availability, price changes, or potential delivery interruptions
Searching for and comparing suppliers for various categories, creating comparative price/quality analyses
Managing orders and quality for packaging, labels, bottles – ensuring batch consistency and preventing production errors
Administrative purchases: internal-use chemicals, office supplies, other auxiliary products
Relevant experience in procurement and supply
Conversational level of English (for communication with international suppliers)
Initiative spirit, attention to detail, analytical thinking
Salary: from 15 000 lei (depending on experience and engagement)
Working hours: Start at 08:00/08:30 - 17:00/17:30, Monday to Friday
Location: just 2 km from Chișinău – the activity takes place at the company's headquarters
