Job description

GOLBAN TRADE, a construction company with large-scale projects and numerous teams on sites, is expanding its team and hiring a Procurement and Logistics Manager to fully coordinate the supply and transport process for all our projects.

Responsibility

  • Planning, organizing, and coordinating the procurement process for construction materials, machinery, and equipment.

  • Negotiating contracts and maintaining relationships with local and international suppliers.

  • Organizing and optimizing internal and external transportation to construction sites.

  • Monitoring inventory levels and proactive procurement to avoid execution delays.

  • Coordinating the logistics team (warehouse workers, drivers, dispatchers, etc.).

  • Managing the procurement budget and periodically reporting to management.

  • Ensuring deadlines are met and costs are optimized.

Obligations

  • Minimum 2 years experience in procurement and logistics (experience in the construction field is an advantage).

  • Solid knowledge about materials and equipment used in construction as well as logistical processes.

  • Excellent negotiation and supplier relationship skills.

  • Good organizational, planning and leadership abilities.

  • PC operation skills (Excel, e-mail, inventory management software – an advantage).

  • Driving license category B.

  • Availability for travel to suppliers and construction sites.

  • Knowledge of the English language is an advantage.
