Presentation and promotion of items in the company's portfolio;
Identifying and contacting potential clients;
Creating a portfolio of real estate properties;
Direct interaction with real estate buyers to identify the most suitable sale/purchase offers;
Working with the database provided by the company;
Assisting with transactions;
Minimum 6 months of experience in any sales field;
Effective communication in negotiating with clients;
Customer-focused and attentive to their needs;
Car and driver's license (an advantage).
Portfolio of real estate properties from the company's projects;
Ongoing training and development;
Motivating commission based on results;
Professional support from HR, Marketing, Legal;
Specialized training sessions.
Salary 20,000 - 40,000 MDL.
