- Handling phone calls and greeting customers at the office;
- Organising, planning, and controlling the sales process;
- Presenting products and providing the necessary information to customers;
- Preparing preliminary offers and drafting contracts;
- Maintaining and developing the customer base;
- Obtaining feedback to improve our services.
- Sales experience;
- Punctual, responsible, and energetic individual;
- Proficiency in Romanian and Russian languages;
- Skilled in using Microsoft Office suite;
- Knowledge of amoCRM (an advantage).
