1) Achieving active sales by offering personalized recruitment services to clients, tailored to their needs;
2) Consulting and presenting recruitment services by analyzing their needs and requirements in the field of recruitment, explaining the benefits and value the company can provide;
3) Negotiating the terms and conditions of cooperation and signing contracts for the search and selection of personnel;
4) Maintaining active communication with existing clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails;
5) Continuously tracking the status of transactions in the CRM system and taking action to expedite the sales process;
6) Monitoring and recording client needs, analyzing previous orders and their requests to offer personalized deals;
7) Regularly updating information in the CRM system to provide clients with up-to-date and relevant data;
8) Establishing long-term relationships with potential clients by identifying their needs and requirements;
9) Managing client relationships.
- Experience in sales, minimum 1 year;
- Excellent negotiation skills;
- Excellent time management and task prioritization skills;
- Fluent in Romanian, English language is an advantage;
