Morărița Catering is expanding its team and is looking for a dynamic, organized, and results-driven Sales Consultant! If you're passionate about customer relations and have excellent communication skills, we want to meet you!
Managing and updating the customer database in the CRM.
Receiving and processing customer orders.
Preparing personalized offers for catering services.
Monitoring the status of orders and ensuring their successful execution.
Addressing complaints and improving the overall customer experience.
Experience in sales or customer relations is an advantage.
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Familiarity with AMO CRM or any other CRM system is an advantage.
Ready to work full-time or in shifts.
Good communication skills in Romanian, Russian; knowledge of English is an advantage.
Ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
