We're hiring an experienced sales manager who can combine empathy, result orientation, and self-organization.
you will fulfill the set sales plan
you will accompany patients on their "first visit" with the dentist and explain and sell them the treatment plan
you will make calls to the patients you manage to help with scheduling and to answer any questions they have regarding the treatment plan prepared in the clinic.
you will provide support to patients throughout the duration of the treatment.
Ideal Candidate:
has field sales experience
is strongly goal-oriented
demonstrates good communication skills both verbally and in writing
has persuasive power and negotiation skills
is proactive and responsible
speaks fluent Romanian, English (min B1), and Russian
