We're looking for an articulate operator to become the voice of our company and to provide quality support to our customers!
Answering incoming calls – prompt and professional responses to client requests, while adhering to company standards.
Client consultation – providing up-to-date information about products, services, promotions, and collaboration terms.
Data entry in CRM – completing client records, logging requests, and call outcomes.
Forwarding requests to other departments – collaborating with sales managers, technical support team, and other specialists.
Handling complaints and grievances – correctly and efficiently resolving challenging situations.
Reporting – compiling call statistics and preparing reports.
Informing clients about additional services – promoting complementary products and special offers.
Participating in trainings – continuously developing professional skills.
Experience in using CRM (is an advantage).
Clear and correct communication in Romanian and Russian.
Advanced PC operating knowledge.
Ability to quickly learn new programs.
Stress resistance and the ability to work in a multitasking environment.
