Fluency in Bulgarian, Portuguese, Italian, Spanish, Hungarian, Czech, Slovak, Polish, French, German, Greek is a must.
How the call center system works:
• A customer leaves a request on the website for a product they are interested in.
• The system calls the customer and connects them with a consultant.
• The consultant's task is to competently advise the customer and answer all questions about the product.
• Then the manager confirms the delivery details and processes the order.
Proficiency in a language at the conversational level B2;
Bulgarian, Portuguese, Italian, Spanish, Hungarian, Czech, Slovak, Polish, French, German, or Greek.
• Laptop/computer (Windows 8 or higher, at least 4 GB of RAM), headset, high-speed internet (at least 5 Mbps)
• A quiet room without background noise
• Professional training from top sales coaches

Salary from 475 euros + sales bonuses.
