Advising customers on choosing the right building materials for their needs;
Explaining product features and providing recommendations;
Managing inventory and ensuring shelves are properly stocked;
Processing payments and issuing sales receipts;
Maintaining order and cleanliness in the sales area;
Handling any complaints and offering solutions to customers;
Collaborating with the team to ensure a positive shopping experience.
