Deflator meat and by-products

Your responsibilities:

• Be familiar with the meat deflaxing process;

• Ensure the loading and proper use of deboning and trimming line capacities;

• Deflax and prepare meat according to established recipes;

• Adhere to execution technologies and operating and maintenance instructions for small and medium mechanization equipment;

• Maintain inventory and equipment;

• Keep the workspace hygienic and clean;

• Report on non-conforming products.
