• butchering and trimming pork carcases;

• separating muscle, fat, and connective tissues from the breast and sacral bones;

• keeping tools and the workspace clean;

• complying with sanitation and hygiene standards.

• Secondary vocational education;

• Work experience of at least 1 year in a similar position;

• Knowledge of deboning carcasses and parts of carcasses of all kinds;

• Knowledge of the operating rules for production equipment and safety regulations.
