BOJO-VIN SRL is looking for a Laboratory Manager with experience in the wine industry or in the field of alcoholic beverages, capable of coordinating laboratory activity, ensuring compliance with quality standards and monitoring the entire technological process from a chemical and microbiological point of view.
Coordination of the laboratory activity and the team of chemists/microbiologists
Planning, organizing and monitoring physicochemical and microbiological analyses
Quality control of raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products
Technological supervision of production processes (fermentation, stabilization, filtration, etc.)
Validation of analysis results and preparation of official reports
Implementation and maintenance of quality procedures (HACCP, ISO)
Collaboration with technologists and production managers to optimize processes
Monitoring compliance with current legislation on the production of alcoholic beverages
Management of reagents, consumables and laboratory equipment
Ensuring compliance with hygiene, food safety and occupational safety standards
Higher education in: chemistry, food technology, oenology, biology or related fields
Experience in a laboratory in the wine or alcoholic beverage industry — mandatory
Experience in coordination or similar position – is a significant advantage
Solid knowledge in physicochemical and microbiological analyses
Familiarity with legislation regarding the production and quality control of alcoholic beverages
Ability to work with specific laboratory equipment
Analytical thinking, responsibility and decision-making ability
