Art-Granit Company - a manufacturer and distributor of natural stone products in Chisinau and Romania, is seeking specialists in natural stone processing, as well as dependable individuals who are quick learners with a "golden touch," who love to craft things by hand, and who take responsibility for their workmanship.
Applying polishing techniques for various types of stone (marble, granite, travertine) using specialized equipment and products.
Constantly checking products to ensure a uniform and high-quality finish, including defect analysis.
Ensuring proper maintenance of the machines and tools used, as well as reporting any technical issues.
Working in a team with waterproofing and design specialists to optimize processes and improve the final products.
Education: Degree in a technical field (e.g. materials engineering, stone processing technology) or relevant field experience.
Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in stone polishing or a related field.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with polishing equipment and the chemicals used in the process.
Skills: Excellent attention to detail, ability to work in a dynamic environment, and problem-solving skills.
Communication: Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and interact with clients.

The base salary ranges from 15,000 to 25,000 lei, depending on work experience and level of expertise, plus a bonus for exceeding production quotas.
