Arvi Invest Company is looking for a Shift Leader.
Tasks:
• coordinating and supervising the team (of 2-4 people) during the production process;
• active participation in the production process;
• training staff on-site;
• monitoring the adherence to procedures and safety standards during the production process;
• reporting work situations;
Requirements for candidates:
• studies and/or advanced training in the technical field
• work experience in the industrial sector, preferably heavy industry, metal processing, chemical production
• experience in operating forklift/loader
• knowledge of Romanian, Russian languages
• experience in team leadership
• responsibility
• effective communication
